 Do the bean bags (Poufs) come with a liner?

We know how kids products can get a little grubby with food etc so our poufs have a removable liner, keeping all the beans contained and making it easy to wash over and over again.

note: please keep the zipper done up when washing

What is the best way to fill the Pouf so that beans don't 'go everywhere?'

Lots of people tell me they nearly have a nervous break down when filling their poufs, we certainly don't want that, so here is my advice.......use a pipe of some sort, or rolled up piece of card. Put one end into the bag of beans and the other in to the pouf liner, insuring that you have them sealed up around the outside with your hands (liner zipped tightly against the piping) and pour the beans in. Its handy if you have a helper to lift the beans bag up. Slow and steady wins the race, but there won't be a bean party in your lounge room!

If I order a pre order item and a stocked item, when will my order be delivered?

Generally we will send the items together when the pre order arrives, unless previously arranged.

What can be done if the product I order is faulty?

All orders are carefully packaged to prevent this, however if your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item(s) to arrange a replacement or refund. Please note that we are unable to refund on items which have small variations in colour and pattern.

Exchanges + Refunds

Unfortunately we don't offer refunds on change of mind purchases so please choose carefully. Exchanges can be done when items are returned as purchased (unwashed, unused with tags)

When will my order arrive?

We aim to get your orders sent out as soon as possible.National orders take anywhere from 1 - 5 days and international orders (depending on country) generally take 5 - 28 days

My International Order can't be tracked?

We understand that shipping is expensive, so we offer standard and tracked international shipping through Australia Post. Standard is only tracked within Australia, so once it leaves the country it is unable to be tracked. However it does mean its close to delivery.
